Wattle Cloud/HelpDashboard

How can we help?

The answers people look for most. Anything else: write to us below, or email support@wattlecloud.com. A person reads every message. To report phishing, malware or other abuse on Wattle Cloud, use the abuse form.

We answer 9 am to 5 pm Brisbane time, Monday to Friday, except Queensland public holidays, Pro workspaces first, and watch for outages and urgent abuse reports at all hours. Questions and ideas are welcome in our Discord community, and the docs cover the rest.

My deploy failed. Where do I look?›

Open the app, then Deployments. A failed build says whether the problem is in the code (and the line that failed) or on our side. A build that passed but won't start shows its last output on the app's page, and everything it printed is in Logs.

It says it ran out of memory.›

The app used more than its memory limit and was stopped. Give it more in its Settings (it restarts with the new limit), or make it use less.

How do I connect to my database from my computer?›

Turn on public access in the database's Connect tab, then run the command it shows: wattle db proxy opens it on your computer, through an encrypted tunnel. GUI tools connect to the local port it prints.

How do I get my data back?›

Databases are backed up continuously. On the Backups tab, restore to any second of the last 7 days (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MariaDB) or to a full backup (Valkey, ClickHouse), into a new database or in place. Export makes a copy to download.

How do I use my own domain?›

Open the app, then Domains. Add the domain, then make the DNS records it shows at your DNS provider. HTTPS is set up for you once they are in place.

How do I hear when something breaks?›

Owners and admins get an email when a deploy fails or an app crashes. Workspace settings, Webhooks sends the same to Discord, Slack or your own endpoint.

Sign in to write to us from here, with your app or database attached, or email support@wattlecloud.com.
