Something on Wattle Cloud that shouldn't be: phishing, malware, spam, attacks, or illegal content. A person reads every report, and the urgent kinds within the hour. You can also email abuse@wattlecloud.com.

What and where

The more exact the address, the faster we can find it.

Child sexual abuse material: don't download, copy or send it to us, just tell us where it is. Also report it to the ACCCE in Australia or the IWF in the UK. If someone is in danger now, call 000 (Australia) or 999 (UK).

Online safety

Everything hosted on Wattle Cloud must follow the law where it is hosted and where it is seen, including Australia's Online Safety Act 2021 and the industry codes made under it. Never allowed: child sexual exploitation material, material that promotes or instructs in terrorism or extreme violence, and other material that would be refused classification. Pornography and other adult material must stay away from children. We act on reports, stop what breaks these rules, and pass child abuse and violent extremist material to the police.

The eSafety Commissioner is Australia's online safety regulator. You can report illegal or restricted content, cyberbullying, image-based abuse and adult cyber abuse to eSafety directly at esafety.gov.au/report, including if you reported something to us and aren't happy with what we did.

For customers: you are responsible for what your apps serve and what your users post on them. To remove something, delete it in your app; to stop an app at once, use Stop on its page. Logs and request logs show who did what and when. Reports about your app come to us first, and we tell you about them unless the law or someone's safety says not to.
