- A workspace has projects, and each project has environments. The first is production; the switcher in the header moves between them.
- Copy this environment makes a copy with the same apps and settings, new empty databases of the same engines, and references pointing at the copies. Names get the environment's name added, so
webcopied todevbecomesweb-dev.
Pull-request previews
- Turn previews on for a project in the switcher. Each pull request to a repository it deploys gets its own environment,
pr-<number>, built from the pull request's branch, with a check on GitHub linking to it. - New pushes build again. Closing the pull request deletes the preview, and so does a week with no push.
- Up to 3 previews at a time per project.
- Pull requests from forks never get previews, since a preview has your variables.
