One price a month covers everything a plan includes. Nothing is charged on top. Brisbane is billed in Australian dollars, the UK and Europe in British pounds.

- Memory and storage are shared by all your workspace's apps and databases, in every project and environment, previews included. Making something that would go past them is refused, with what's left.
- vCPU is the most any one app or database can use.
- Outbound traffic is what your apps and databases send to the internet, visitors included. Owners and admins get an email at 80% and 100%. Past it, your workspace's outbound speed is slowed until the next month starts. Nothing is charged, and moving to Pro brings the speed straight back.
- Billing shows what's in use against your plan.
Invoices and payment
Cards, invoices, changing plan and cancelling are in Billing. Changing plan part way through a month is charged or credited for the days left. If a payment fails, we email you; services stop after 7 days unpaid, and are deleted 30 days after that, with an email before each step.
Change your mind within 14 days of your first payment and we refund it, less a share for the days you've had. The Refund Policy has the details.
